Is there anyone who uses Band-in-a-Box?

David, I have had so many problems with installing it that I've asked for a refund.  It's a brilliant program but I think there's  a glitch somewhere!  Do you use it?

Band in a Box is an extremely easy and efficient program that allows a musician to quickly create a backup group for singing or playing.  (just one use of this midi program)
