Have you tried Karen or Charlie at Sol y Mar?  They have quite a few rentals on their books in different areas.  We rent from them and they are really good. Good Luck

Hi,
I'm currently living near Huercal Overa... but looking for a long term rental property in the Arboleas / Zurgena / La Alfoquia area.... ideally from September onwards.
Has to be minimum 2 beds, townhouse, cortijo, semi-detached (no apartments), with a outside area/courtyard (for 2 small dogs).
Max rent... 300 euros/month.
