Image Slimming Group meet at the Bar International every Thursday morning at 10.30 am. I have been attending for 6 months and have steadily lost weight. Helen who runs the group is very nice and all the members very friendly. Can thoroughly recommend it. :clap: :clap:

Tues 10.15 Huercal Overa tennis club
Weds 10.15 La Parilla Albox

We have a section for "Fatclubs" and you'll find other clubs posting on there

Can anyone tell me please what day weight watchers is in both Huercal and Albox.Also are there any other diet clubs in the area?
