Promar Builders

Promar no longer trade as builders, as far as known.  They have lots of ongoing cash flow problems so the chance of you just getting your money back are nil.  You would need to pursue them through the courts with an embargo to get anything back.  This would need a Spanish solicitor and cost you more money.  You will probably just have to write it off.

Can anyone tell me if Promar Builders are still operating in the Arboleas area. I was assured by the Solicitors that a Tax  that I had to pay when selling my villa, would be refunded when Promar sold key ready property. This Tax should have been paid by the builder and should have been part of the completion.This was five years ago and still waiting. Anyone have any information please, as now living in UK and Solicitor no longer interested
