Not sure about those well spotted tiles below though, think I'd prefer them a bit away from the house.

had the boxes up 6 years now, used every year by sparrows and had many a baby sparrow fledge. decided as its very hot to give them shade.  used part of old sat. dish, and sparrows love it!
