Alternative to AdTelly?

We had exactly the same problem with AdTelly , worked well for months then some time ago it stopped working , removed and re installed it on a couple of laptops but still wouldn't work so we also changed to HOLA , it works just as well on Chrome for the iPlayers .

I have had AdTelly installed via Google Chrome for some time but now cannot access and get the message "Cannot connect to proxy server".  Is there a similar free alternative?  I mainly watch Spanish television but, via the computer, like to sometimes watch the local BBC South West News and an occasional other UK programme.  Many thanks for any suggestions.
