Rog ref your advices on your site

just out of intrest.... you dont need to be on the padron to own a car here,i sold a car to a person from Malaga.........her town hall wouldent let her on the padron because she was a "non habitual SP resident EU  renter ie rented an apartment as a non habitual rental/holiday aprtment,and the town hall was under padron audit from the NSI  so she had to use her rental contract as proof of address to buy the car.
