spanish plumber/central heating engineer

Some time ago (maybe up to 2 years ago?) someone posted that they had a problem requiring a reliable, trustworthy plumber/heating engineer, after they had been "ripped off" by an english engineer who didn't even sort the problem out. In the event, a Spanish plumber sorted this lady's problem out - promptly, reliably and honestly. If anyone knows who the Spanish plumber is, and maybe a contact telephone number, it would be of enormous help, as my oil boiler has stopped producing hot water!!!
