The courts are asking for 3.8 and 3.1 million euro fines for the Owner and his brother the Architect for building 98 illegal homes in Albox.

They say they are no longer trading.

The builder now owns Clover Estates which is in the old Proacal offices,the Nexo vets offices were sold by Proacal.

Over the road there is a big warehouse where they hold all the Almonds from the surrounding areas which is owned by (you know who).

They own a Villa in Limaria,they are still driving there 4x4s they still have a black jag,but they have no money !!!!

Proacal,Empire and Proyectos y Construcciones Almanzora,SL are mentioned as the three company's funny they are all owned by the same builder.

We are one of the lucky ones who bought from Proacoal we have tarmac roads sewerage but the houses mentioned have nothing and its not only those whose which were built by Proacal.

I will never understand why they won't look into there other business's for them to pay fines,and we know if they don't pay they won't go to jail ,because of friends in high places.
