IBI Double payments

IBI Double payments.

Arboleas Town Hall has carried out an investigation into the double payments made by Direct Debit.
We have discovered 7 cases.
CajaMar is adamant that it is impossible.
However all the 7 have accounts with BMN or Sabadell (which is in essence the same bank).

According to Cajamar the fault is with this banking group who should have repaid the first deduction before making the second.
We have demanded action by CajaMar Head Office by Monday.
If we do not receive this we will manually return the overpayments immediately.

We are very sorry for this error, which was not made by the Town Hall.
As soon as we discovered the error we have acted rapidly to put things right.
Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused our residents.
