BACK DATED IBI BILLS

During October/November we expect to receive the back dated bills for IBI.
This will affect:-
Newly registered properties
Properties where the registration has been updated to include the whole plot when previously only the house was registered
Properties where now the house has been registered when previously only the land was registered.

The backdated bills will be for 2011.
Backdated bills for 2012, 2013 and 2014 will be issued in stages early in 2015.

When you receive the 2011 backdated bill there will be approximated 6 weeks to pay.
If you expect not to be here to receive the bill you can arrange to pay by various methods.
a) We can send you the bill by e mail and you can arrange a transfer from your UK account.
b) We can send you the bill by e mail and you can arrange a transfer from your Spanish account.

c) You can inform the Town Hall of your Spanish bank account and ask us to submit the bill direct to your account.
This process will cost you nothing.
