Hi living the dream, dave it is 40watt 110volts.It is a toneing waist/heat belt which my partner has but here we need the transformer, thanks for any help.

Longos, or on the other side of the road, jumacer. Note what power rating you require. Remember, these are autotransformers and do not give you safety isolation, just voltage reduction.
