Update:  :tiphat:
There are actually 3 bowling greens (well now 4 with the Hotel one)
they are:
Cabrera Bowls Club who play on grass.
Almeria Bowls at the Camping Ground who play on Carpet
Indalo Bowling Club situated between Los Gallados and Turre who also play on Carpet.

Hi Terry. Thanks for the offer. This week is not good for me as I have just moved into my new home a few days ago.
Next week would be better - except Thursday as I have an appointment in Almeria. I'd be pleased if you could let me know the next time you are going.
Thanks

Hi
There are lots of people play from this area - the green is at Los Gallardos camp site and there is no real problem joining except they do try to vet members under the guise of "tuition". They play rollup Tues, Thurs and Sat and lots of other comps too. The surface is actually carpet not Lawn. Hope that helps.

terina

Yes my husband is a member there.

Hi. I am new to the forum, and to Arboleas. I have played a little of lawn bowls back in the UK, and found an old post on this forum about lawn bowls. Are there any members of Almeria Lawn Bowls Club in the Arboleas area?
Thanks
