THANK YOU for The Fun Day

Just a note to say a big thank you to the 50 or so people that turned up yesterday for the fun bowl.  It was great day seeing people laughing at each others' bad bowling or missing the strikes with the red pin.  Wearing of Christmas hats whilst bowling was not easy but it kept the head warm :)

David and Richard won from the second squad of bowlers with a total score of 864. Well done to them. 

A big thank you to Paul and his staff for keeping the food and drink flowing all day.

A number of people said it was a good idea to have some league bowlers in the teams (even though their scores did not count for the team) as they were giving some good tips on how to bowl straight.

We hope to hold another fun day near Easter so keep an eye open for the notices.
