Best bet is to use someone like'Travelsupermarket.com'. The problem you will find, is that as Almeria has so few flights, consequently there are not many hire-car options.
Personally, I make 'phantom' bookings on flights/car-hire etc to look at overall costs, and in the past I have found that it is cheaper to fly to Alc and rent a car there, rather than Almeria. The extra travel time on the road in Spain is more than mitigated by the cost saving in flights/car rental.
