Before you do anything else I would suggest you borrow another box and try it first , if it works then your box is faulty and they are so cheap to replace its not worth having one repaired .

Hi, I've posted on here before regarding sky tv problem and was given a name but can't find it now. Our sky tv worked once, we turned it off and have been unable to get any program's since. Any recommendations?
