In light of recent discussions on the forum we have decide to open up the Property for Sale section to anyone that has a property for sale.

There is NO CHARGE for this  

By Anyone we mean ONLY private sales. We will not be allowing any agents, except those currently paying to advertise, to post in that section. Any agent attempting to place a house on the forum will be contacted and the advert removed. Better to ask the owner to place the advert for you :)

If members wish to place their advert for their house. Please stick to the following guidelines:

DO NOT INSERT YOUR FULL POSTAL ADDRESS Just state the proximity of the house.

Ask people to phone you or PM you

Inform your estate agent what you are doing - assuming you are with one

It is advisable that if you do find a potential buyer via the forum to let your agent deal with it they are the experts (usually :) )

Only use 2 photos in the advert

Be careful when arranging viewings, remember you do not know these people they could be anyone, perhaps another reason to pass over to the agent

Remember the ultimate goal is to your house but to do it safely.

Any estate agent that is currently paying for advertising can place one house for sale in this section.  They can change it monthly if they wish.

ALL PRIVATE RENTALS REQUIRE A MONTHLY PAYMENT OF 15€ PER MONTH. IF YOU PLACE YOUR PROPERTY ON OUR WWW.RENTINSPAIN.CO.UK WEBSITE AT THE ANNUAL FEE OF ONLY 145€  YOU CAN PLACE YOUR PROPERTY ON THE FORUM FREE OF CHARGE.
