Seeing gus-lopez is from Lorca has prompted me to ask has anybody been there recently
We went several months back and were quite suprised by the devastation

There were articles in some of the free papers about a month ago saying the government money has come through
and a lot of restoration work is under way but haven't been there myself since before the 'quake.

Still some areas where the damage is still evident but for the most part Lorca appears to be  back to normal now although there are some  people still homeless.
