Hola,

Just watched part 1 of "The People Who Made Us Fat", on catch-up last night, real eye opener, it was all going on around me, I can remember being allowed to have snacks all of a sudden between meals in the 70's, makes a lot of sense now and seems so obvious now, God Bless the Sugar Assoc. eh!
Can't wait for  Part 2.

I agree about us all being responsible for our choices in food but when the choices are narrowed to such an extent that you cant buy things without corn sugar in them there isn't really an alternative.
