OPEN RESPONSE FROM MR. A. GARCIA TO MR. C. GARCÍA, BOTH CANDIDATES AT THE ELECTIONS

I respect freedom of expression, but within this, there is also silence, not to participate, or choose another means.

I also tell him to go alone to the concrete.

GETTING STARTED:

1. Budget. - I will explain in the last two years is not the same budget the income statement, or final expenditure. That you should know well who was the mayor for 20 years, and as I have said once before, in his last 4 years approved the budget the year after having spent, and diversion of 20%.

2- 2000 homes in Los Llanos. This is a classification of land for commercial and tourist use. Not contemplating a single house. If even his own did not object, remember that last full meeting  he also voted against this proposal (as opposed, abstained), probably because the pressure itself did not allow him to vote against a project that generates employment and investment for our village, we must not confuse public opinion, that was his opinion in 2009. Has he once again changed its mind, or once in campaign anything goes.

3. - Clasification of land for housing? Tell me of a single meter that we have proposed to build residential housing. We are just trying to regularize those already built, and remember who they are and when they were built.

4. - Do you mean to compare the budgets in a linear fashion, a village of 5000 inhabitants with the 1,300? Do you intend to believe that staff costs, prices, income ect., are the same now as "20 years" ago?.  This is called correlation, and we must take into account other variables.

5. - The request to transfer the road. I explained that was a joint request between Arboleas - Albox (I suppose you think that Albox was wrong also), which was at the request of Public Works, to give a budget to make a Boulevard, should not be obsessed only with the shopping center, both this and the improvement of the road are good for the people.

6.-Dolmen. Who bought the land, if, now unable to sell houses, too, like many others, nobody builds if it's not for sale. Now if you go into the personal: I understand that another company that fits poorly will win the game in that purchase, because you were part of a group that chose to bit for that tender is in the documents, but also business is knowing about winning and losing.

7. - Do not tell me that the land where your house is in LosTorres is out of ondenation? You constructed out of management? Make no mistake; remember that you classified this land in 2001, (I have never rated a single meter of my property?)

8.-Unanswered questions, tell me one who has not written response or by Plenary session. Something different is that the answer, not what you expected, that I would understand more.

9. - The nursery. Look at the figures of the cartel, it has claimed more than 100,000 euros less than what he said, that is called management. This award is demands that it be done by a company with experience in care management, to recruit workers in Arboleas and had solvency in it's construction. However, the unanimity of the board, also a member of his party,  chose who and how to award it, another thing is that in his party have risen by the general interest.

And 10. - The duty of the opposition. As you see, theirs is a duty to oppose. Let me explain: in 4 years we have held approximately 35 Plenary sessions, at an average of 8 cases, 280 cases.
Do I want to say if you. or your group has voted in more than 10?
Can you tell me if they have supported any really important issues?
Is that what you call responsible opposition, a tantrum of four years?
Why are you always looking for an excuse to oppose superficially?May I  rememined you that you did not support or oppose measures such as: the bridge in La Cinta, the Health Center, Childrens Day Care Centre, The Morgue, Innovations for Land Classification in Rustic Houses, The Park near the school, all work under the Plan E  all of these PROJEJA, and many other important points. As stated on the record, I do not take it personally.

As you can see I have not messed with anybody, just real and verifiable data, I hope I did not take it as something between us, in respect to your  management of 20 years, and I also know mine fits  for questioning, because if you go back to point 8, being a councilman, then share their successes of yesteryear with their former council members, today our team of government, and especially with the Loyal Lieutenant who was our Mayor.

I await  the personal respect that he has promised, I know he is a gentleman who is going to be smart  and apologize if we are not here anymore. Now I leave all these girls and boys of multiple personalities  that tear at my skin for a while, As I have assumed, I will be  in charge.

RESPUESTA ABIERTA DEL SR. A. GARCÍA AL SR. C. GARCÍA, CANDIDATOS AMBOS.

LA OCASIÓN LO MERECE, Y COMO SE QUE VA A LLEGAR DONDE LO ESPERAN, RESPONDO. Eso si, dejando claro que ni replicaré, ni leeré nada de lo que venga a continuación, respeto la libertad de expresión, pero dentro de esta, también está la de callar, no participar, o elegir otro medio.  

También le digo que pienso ir solo a lo concreto.

EMPECEMOS:

1.- Presupuestos.- le llevo explicando en los dos últimos años que no es lo mismo el presupuesto que la cuenta de resultados, o sea, el gasto final. Eso lo debería saber bien quien fue alcalde 20 años, y como ya le contesté en una ocasión, vd. en  sus 4 últimos años aprobó el presupuesto al año siguiente de haberlo gastado, y se desvío de este en un 20%.

2.- 2000 viviendas en los Llanos. Se trata de una clasificación de suelo para uso comercial y turístico. No contempla ni una sola vivienda.Se ha tratado en numerosas ocasiones  en los Plenos, las actas son públicas. Si hasta los suyos no se opusieron, recuerde que en último pleno vd. tampoco votó en contra de esta propuesta (al contrario, se abstuvo), seguramente porque la propia presión no le permitía votar en contra de un proyecto que genere empleo e inversión para nuestro pueblo, no debemos enredar a la opinión pública, esa  era su opinión en el año 2009. O ha vuelto a cambiar de idea, o  en campaña parece que todo vale.

3.-Clasificar suelo para viviendas? Dígame un solo metro que hayamos propuesto  clasificar para construir vivienda residencial. Solo tratamos de regularizar las ya construidas, y recuerde de quienes son, y cuando se hicieron.

4.-¿Pretende comparar los presupuestos de forma lineal, de un pueblo de 5000 habitantes con el de 1.300?    ¿Pretende que creamos que el personal, los gastos, los precios,  los ingresos,... sean los mismos ahora que  en "sus 20 años"?. A eso se le llama correlación, y hay que tener en cuenta otras variables.

5.- Pedir la cesión de la carretera. Ya le expliqué que ha sido una petición conjunta Arboleas – Albox (supongo que también piensa que Albox se equivocó); que fue a instancias de Obras Públicas, para dotarla de una partida presupuestaria para convertirla en un Boulevard. No debería obsesionarse tanto con los del centro comercial, que tanto este como la mejora de esta vía son buenos para el pueblo.

6.-Dolmen. Que compraron los terrenos, si, que ahora no consiguen vender casas, también, como muchos otros, nadie construye si no es para vender. Y ahora si voy a entrar en lo personal: entiendo que encajase mal que otra empresa le ganase la partida en esa compra, porque vd. formaba parte de un grupo que optó a esa licitación, está en los documentos; pero los negocios consisten tambien en saber ganar y perder.

7.- ¿no me diga que la parcela en la que está su casa de los Torres, está fuera de ordenación? ¿vd. construye fuera de ordenación? No se equivoque, recuerde que clasificó ese suelo en 2001,(¿jamás he clasificado un solo metro de mi propiedad?)

8.-preguntas sin contestar, dígame una sola que no haya tenido respuesta escrita o por Pleno. Algo distinto es que la respuesta no sea la que usted esperaba, eso lo entendería mas.

9.- La guardería. Fíjese en las cifras del cartel, se ha adjudicado por mas de 100.000 euros menos de los que vd. dice, a eso se llama gestión. En esa adjudicación se exigía: que se hiciese a una empresa con experiencia en gestión de guarderías, que contratase a los trabajadores en Arboleas y que tuviera solvencia en la construcción. Pues bien, por unanimidad de la mesa de contratación, en la que estaba un miembro de su partido, se decidió a quien y como adjudicarla, otra cosa distinta es que en su partido se la hayan sublevado por el interés general.

Y 10.- El deber de la oposición. Por lo que se  ve, el suyo es el deber de oponerse. Me explico: en 4 años se habrán celebrado aproximadamente 35 plenos, a una media de 8 asuntos, 280 asuntos.
¿Me quiere decir si vd. o su grupo ha votado a favor en mas de 10?
¿Me puede decir si han apoyado alguno realmente importante?
¿ A eso le llama oposición responsable, o es una pataleta de cuatro años?
¿Por qué siempre buscaban una excusa superficial para oponerse? Recuerda usted que se opusieron o no apoyaron actuaciones como: el puente de la Cinta, el centro de salud, la guardería, el tanatorio, las innovaciones para clasificar suelo de viviendas en rústico, el parque junto al colegio, todas las obras del plan E, todas las del PROTEJA,  y a muchos otros puntos importantes. Como consta en acta, no creo que se lo tome como algo personal.

Como ve no me he metido con nadie,  solo datos reales y contrastables, espero que no me lo tome como algo entre nosotros, respeto que recurra a su gestión de 20 años, y también espero que se ajuste a la mía de dos para cuestionarme, porque si quiere remontarse a los 8, por ser concejal, entonces comparta sus éxitos de antaño con los que fueron sus concejales, hoy en nuestro equipo de gobierno, y sobre todo con quien fué su fiel teniente alcalde.

Espero el respeto personal que ha prometido, sé que es un caballero, que va a ser elegante y lo va a hacer, y disculpe si no nos vemos más por aquí. Ahora os dejo a todos esos chicos/as de personalidades múltiples que me despellejéis un poco, lo tengo asumido, va en el cargo.
