Zurgena: New Party with the CDL

I've just had an email from Juan Pardo Navarro from Zurgena, who is standing as the candidate for the CDL, the Centro Democrático Liberal. This party is headed up at a national level by Sean O'Curneen Cañas, who visited the area two years ago to see the problems regarding the 'illegal houses' firsthand. The CDL is part of the European Liberal Democratic Reform ELDR association.
