PSOE TAKES STEPS IN REGARD TO THE ALLEGATIONS THEY ARE RECEIVING/ EL PSOE SALE A

Dear neighbours:

We decided to launch this link to show the work and projects carried out by this team of the PSOE in these past four years, and subsequently what we propose for the following term, we also present the team we have designed to that job.

But prior to this information, and since other "candidates" began their careers long ago, I consider  as the current Mayor and above all as the person who has received continuous personal attacks, questioning my legitimacy and work, refute the series of accusations disguised by innuendo and rumors.

1 .-The PSOE candidate is Angel Garcia, the current mayor since 2009. Has been supported and endorsed by the PSOE in Arboleas, Almería and Seville, there being no impediment, either by the party, and of course no legal impediment. In this case it is desirable that some statements are rectified, or at least remove some of  the articles or posts.

We understand that the way would have been easier without Angel Garcia as a candidate and his team, but that is their wish, not reality. They had a safe bet that we were not in this election and it should now be rectified.

2 .- PRIVATE INTERESTS. A continuing indictment of Angel Garcia and his team is that he is working for private interests, however, at no time has it been able to define those interests. We help everybody and nobody in particular. Otherwise you have to prove it.

The current mayor and candidate, a psychologist, has dedicated almost exclusively to the town hall his time and work. He lives on his salary, which is 2,200 euros a month, his wife is a social worker, and they have sufficient income to live comfortably. If anyone doubts their interests he /she must prove it.

3 .- URBAN PROBLEMS AND SERVICES. It seems strange that the urban problems have been put in place  since the year 2003 onwards. It is rather paradoxical that they did not exist previously, but the development of urbanization started at the end of the 1990s in those early years everything was done well? For that you just have to see how wide and straight streets are in Los Carrascos.

Of course we acknowledge that mistakes were made, there has been an overgrowth and lack of control, therefore there has been increasingly demanding for control measures (plus local police, has not been any building or a single dwelling outside of the ordenation management over the past two years, housing inventories have been developed and we are very close to solving the legal problems of these homes with the innovations we have approved, ...). But this is a problem all over and has been worked on intensivly, as this Town council is working well with the solutions.

4.-Town Planning Agreements. The only planning agreement signed in the town of Arboleas was in 2006, and approved unanimously by all council members This agreement only applies to commercial land and building it does not allow any type of housing, and we understand all that we have approved is a decision that will bring jobs, wealth, services and growth for Arboleas and the whole of the region. A project with the support of the
"Junta de Andalucía", the villages of our environment and neighbours of Arboleas, because we need to start thinking about the diversity of employment, stability, and not focus all our growth and economy in housing construction.

5 .- One of the main problems Arboleas  faces  is the lack of a comprehensive sewerage system, so in 2010 we drew up a sanitation project for the village and the neighbourhoods that takes waste from almost all homes, this includes a treatment plant and two small plants (Limaria and Higuerales). This enormous,more than 5 million €, will be funded entirely by the Junta de Andalucía, Consejería de Medio Ambiente. 6 .- In short, with this information, we intend to step out of all the accusations and malicious insinuations without data that have been launched against people who are at the forefront of our Townhall. We set out to respond as we do not understand why we should remain silent before such serious allegations that have no foundation, lying dissipates with time, but at this time, lying can not be a prize at the next election

In the past year, the PSA has been devoted to questioning the honesty of the mayor and his administration, but without a shred of evidence, they have not made a single proposal, they have magic solutions, but nobody knows what they are, they have been limited to throwing mud at an opponent's face and make the speech of despair, without offering anything really credible, without presenting their project, without knowing what their agenda and their proposals, nor where  the money will come from for so much "magic."
From here, we ask you not to make a desperate gamble, because our neighbours do not want that. We will once again clarifying these issues, we will base our campaign on our management of these years, that we will be raising awareness in this space in the coming days, and in projects for the future that we have implemented, or that we propose in our manifesto, we will avoid any confrontation and we will defend our work and commitment to public interest.

Therefore, from the PSOE Arboleas we invite you to reflect on this information, to contrast, and to generate a constructive and open debate that leads  to the best choice in the up and coming elections.

EL PSOE SALE AL PASO DE LAS ACUSACIONES QUE ESTA RECIBIENDO.

Estimados vecinos y vecinas:

Hemos decidido poner en marcha este enlace para hacerles llegar el trabajo y los proyectos que ha llevado a cabo este equipo de gobierno del PSOE en estos cuatro años, y posteriormente los que proponemos para los siguientes, también les presentaremos al equipo que hemos diseñado para hacer ese trabajo.

Pero previamente a esta información, y puesto que otros "partidos" iniciaron su carrera hace mucho tiempo, considero conveniente como actual Alcalde y sobre todo como la persona que ha recibido continuos ataques personales, poniendo en duda mi legitimidad y trabajo; el desmentir una serie de acusaciones disfrazadas de insinuaciones y rumores.

1.- EL CANDIDATO DEL PSOE es Ángel García, actual alcalde desde el año 2009. Ha sido apoyado y ratificado por el PSOE  en Arboleas, Almería y Sevilla, no existiendo ningún impedimento para que lo sea, ni por parte del partido, ni por supuesto, impedimento legal.  Convendría en este caso que algunos  rectificasen, o al menos retirasen algunos de sus artículos o post.

Entendemos que el camino para estos hubiese sido mas fácil sin Ángel García como candidato y su equipo, pero ese es su deseo, no una realidad. Apostaron fuerte por que no estuviéramos en estas elecciones y ahora deberían de rectificar.

2.- INTERESES PRIVADOS. Una continua acusación sobre Ángel garcía y su equipo es que es que trabaja para intereses privados, sin embargo, en ningún momento han sido capaces de definir esos intereses. Ayudamos a todos y a nadie en particular. Lo contrario, deberían de demostrarlo.

El actual alcalde y candidato tiene dedicación casi exclusiva al ayuntamiento (es psicólogo). Vive de su sueldo, que es de 2.200 euros al mes, su mujer es trabajadora social, y tienen los suficientes ingresos como para vivir cómodamente. Si alguien pone en duda su interés general debe de demostrarlo.

3.- PROBLEMAS DE URBANISMO Y SERVICIOS. Parece curioso que los problemas urbanísticos se sitúen siempre desde el año 2003 en adelante. Es bastante paradójico que antes no existiesen, sin embargo el desarrollo del urbanismo empieza a finales de los 90 ¿en esos primeros años todo se hizo bien? Para eso solo hay que comprobar lo anchas y rectas que son las calles de los Carrascos.

Por supuesto que tenemos que reconocer que se han cometido errores, que ha habido un crecimiento excesivo y falto de control, y por eso mismo se ha sido cada vez mas exigente con las medidas de control  (mas policía local, no se ha construido ni una sola vivienda fuera de ordenación en los dos últimos años, se han elaborado inventarios de vivienda y  estamos muy cerca de resolver los problemas de legalidad de estas viviendas con las innovaciones que hemos aprobado,...). Pero este es un problema de todos sobre el que se está trabajando intensamente, porque este Ayuntamiento está trabajando bien en buscar soluciones.

4.-CONVENIOS URBANISTICOS. Solo se ha firmado un convenio urbanístico en el Ayuntamiento de Arboleas, fue en  2006, y aprobado por unanimidad de todos los concejales del pleno. Dicho convenio solo afecta a suelo comercial y no permite la construcción de ningún tipo de vivienda; y entendimos todos los que lo aprobamos que es una decisión que traerá empleo, riqueza, servicios y crecimiento para Arboleas y toda la comarca. Un proyecto que cuenta con el apoyo de la Junta de Andalucía, los pueblos de nuestro entorno y los vecinos de Arboleas. Porque debemos de ir pensando en la diversidad del empleo, la estabilidad; y  no centrar todo nuestro crecimiento y economía en la construcción de viviendas.

5.- Una de las principales carencias que sufre Arboleas es la falta de una red de saneamiento integral, por eso en 2010 redactamos un proyecto de saneamiento para el núcleo y las barriadas que recoge los residuos de casi todas las viviendas, este incluye una gran planta de tratamiento y dos pequeñas depuradoras (Limaria y los Higuerales). Este macroproyecto (mas de  5 millones de E) será financiado en su totalidad por la Junta de Andalucía, Consejería de Medio Ambiente. Responde al interés general y no supone coste alguno para las vecinos de Arboleas (consultar en Help Desk)

6.- En definitiva, con estas informaciones, pretendemos salir al paso de todas las acusaciones e insinuaciones sin datos  y mal intencionados que se han ido lanzando contra las personas que estamos al frente de nuestro Ayuntamiento. Salimos a responder porque no entendemos que debamos permanecer callados ante acusaciones tan graves y sin fundamento, la mentira cae con el tiempo, pero en este tiempo, mentir no puede tener un premio en las próximas elecciones.

En este último año, los del psa  se han dedicado a cuestionar la honradez del alcalde  y su equipo de gobierno, pero sin una sola prueba,  no han hecho ni una sola propuesta, tienen soluciones mágicas, pero nadie sabe cuales son, se han limitado a tirar barro a la cara del contrario y presentar el discurso del desesperado, sin ofrecer nada realmente creíble, sin presentarnos su proyecto, sin saber cual es su programa y sus propuestas, ni de donde saldrá el dinero para tanta "magia".

Desde aquí les pedimos que no hagan una apuesta tan desesperada, porque nuestros vecinos no quieren eso. Nosotros, una vez aclaradas estas cuestiones, basaremos nuestra campaña en nuestra gestión de estos años, que la iremos dando a conocer en este mismo espacio en los próximos días, y en los proyectos para el futuro que ya hemos puesto en marcha o que propondremos en nuestro programa electoral, evitaremos cualquier confrontación y defenderemos nuestro trabajo y apuesta por el interés general.

Por eso, desde el PSOE de Arboleas le invitamos a reflexionar sobre estas informaciones, a contrastarlas, y a que generen un debate abierto y constructivo que les lleve a la mejor elección.
