A Jamon Serrano Xmas Tale

We bought a Jamon Serrano leg before Xmas from Mercadona. A favourite snack for us, often sneaking into the kitchen for another naughty slice.
BUT, to our disappointment the ham had largely dried up over Xmas. Maybe caused by our central heating or our lack of understanding on how to keep it moist.

So, we had the great idea of WINTER SOUP!  :thumbsdown  :lol:
