It's correct the name in spanish is alholva or fenogreco too. M8b you can find it in one of this herbalists
Herbolario Azahar --- Calle Carlos Cano, local 11A, 04620 VERA, Tlfn 609 137 347
Maria Isabel Padilla Perez --- Urbanizacion Vera Natura S/N, 04620 Vera, Tlfn 950 618 651?
Agueda Molina Lopez --- C/ Mayor 174, 04630 Garrucha,? Tlfn 950 133 232?.
This are the nearest to Albanchez that I have found.

I think it's alholva.  I've not looked in the area for it because I brought some out with me.  Try Mercadona or perhaps the Beer Emporium as they do a lot of Indian and Chinese herbs and spices.  Must admit I fancied that recipe last night too.
You can't always control who walks into your life...but you CAN control which window you throw them out of.

Yes but still gorgeous, that peppery taste is very strong in the Mercadona rocket

tracy Head

Rocket is not a herb, its a salad leaf

thanks so much, this will be a great help, I have made a copy for my purse as i always forget to take my dictionary, when shopping  . Do you think Mercadonna will object to me posting one up on the spice rack??
