NEW SHOP OPENING SATURDAY 24TH MARCH

Age Support Almanzora is delighted to announce the opening of its new shop in Albox on Saturday 24th March. The shop is in Camino los Segovias, opposite the Peugeot garage and near Wavelengths, on the roundabout near Mercadona. The shop will be open Monday to Saturday 10 am to 2pm.

The large shop will mean we can have the Welfare Team and fundraising shop under the same roof for the first time. The welfare team provide emotional and practical support for older people in the area, mobility aids will also be available for hire from the shop.

The shop will open with Spring Fashions, there is a large changing room and sale rail. It is light and airy with plenty of room and the volunteers are aiming to make the shop welcoming and to have something for everyone. All the clothes are washed and ironed before sale. Roz, Shop Manageress and Sue her Deputy, hope that their 'old' customers from Arboleas will continue to support the charity as well as new customers from Albox.

Volunteers to work in the shop or to join the welfare team are welcome - just ask in the shop. We also need donations of clothes, household items etc - just take to the shop please. Thanks, liz
