Not a problem if the crittur dies somewhere in the car, the weather is starting to get warmer so it will be just a Desiccated body !! (No smell !)

Wife and i both drink Desiccated coffee , hasn't got quite the same taste but smells the same .
If you see someone without a smile give them one of yours .

The only reservation i would have with poison is that it doesnt kill them immediately . If they die inside the car in an inaccessible place such as a box section it could be difficult to remove them after and they will be sure to smell .

Thank you all for the replies. So far we've cleaned the car inside and out. It/they seem to like almonds in the shell as we've found loads of them, the shells but the almonds have been eaten!
We've set traps and put moth repellant sachets everywhere.
Will look for those strawberry sachets next time we go out Karen.

We had a mouse in ours (it was only a small car though!).  Seriously, we got some poison from the ferreteria.  not sure of the name but it comes sealed in little sachets, is pink and smells like strawberries.  You can just place them under the bonnet in various places, it worked a treat.  Hope this helps if the trap fails.  Regards Karen

We seem to have a resident rat in the car that we don't use very much.
Has anyone had the same problem, and if so, how did they get rid of it?
Thanks very much!
