Dead dog in empty Spanish house

Finally after seeing Maria Louisa they have dealt with this poor little dog.  Hoping that the two left are treated better.

Very frustrating but if you want to make this "official", you have to persevere...... take pictures, keep a log etc....
I wish it was easier !!!

Thanks but before Seprona said that this dog and another two there were well looked after by their Spanish owners even though it was the English dog walkers that were feeding them.  Also the other two are mother and one pup she managed to keep alive after she had pups on her own last November when it was freezing.

Who do you tell when the little dog at the bottom of our road is lying dead in her outside kennel?  No sign of the Spanish neighbours who are supposed to be caring for her while the elderly owners winter over in Hercual Overa.  She has spent the winter outside and was at least 13  years old locked in the yard and left alone most of the time.
