The prices they pay obviously fluctuate due to the world scrap metal price but roughly as follows:-

Copper (clean) - 3€ a Kilo.
Copper (cable) - 1€ a Kilo.
Aluminium - 50 cents a Kilo.
Lead (car batteries) - 50-55 cents a Kilo.
General metal and steel - 10 cents a Kilo.

Reciclajes Muñoz in Cuevas del Almanzora. They are situated in the industrial estate on the El Martinete road in Cuevas.

Hi, does any one know where there is a scrap yard locally to Huercal overa that I can weigh some scrap metal/stainless/aluminium. I haven't got loads but its cluttering the place up & any thing I get for it is better than it being here.
I remember someone mentioning a place Albox way but I have forgot, so if any one can let me know somewhere, preferably with directions that would be great.
