My machine was suffering from the same problem as yours.  I took it to Seth and he fixed it for me and it seems to run better now than when I first bought it.  His number is: 950634477 or 666826886.

Not sure, but I have heard that Seth Pittman in Zurgena has helped others with sewing machine problems in the past. I don't have his number but you may find it on this forum.  B

Does anyone know where I can get my sewing machine checked out its suddenly stopped sewing wheel has gone tight!! Husband says its not oil !
Machine only a couple if years old.
