You want to be careful doing that
If you are using ikea van with intention of
using it to purchase and transport goods from another source you may find
the insurance is not covered
You're probably right about Insurance.....didn't stop them moving house with it as well though....cheeky bxggrs

You're right Mel, unless you have a load of heavy stuff which you can't manage yourself then hire a van. Some friends of mine did a cheeky trip to Murcia, bought a small item off Ikea then hired their van for a few hours. Travelled to Brico at Cartagena and loaded up there. Just a lot of driving.

It would be cheaper to hire a van ...then you would save on driving down there in your own vehicle app 30 euro in fuel and then paying them over 100 euro to deliver

The last time I checked it was €1 per kilometre. So about €100 from Huercal Almeria. I don't know what you'd pay for a van for a day, but probably around €30 for fuel for the return trip.

Hi everyone, I seem to recall someone commented on the cost of using Brico Depot for delivery of goods from Almeria to Arbiland
Is it more expensive than hiring a van and fuel?
Thanks Mel P
