If you're having trouble nodding off, count sheep or hot pants, but definitely not b----s !  :57:

raysun

At my age i much prefer to think about hotpants than silly buses,  her who must be obeyed tells me all i can do is think about it  in any case.
im like a dog chasing cars, if he caught one he wouldent know what to do with it.!!

Well hot pants is probably more interesting.......planes are like buses these days.......oops sorry mustn't mention buses

Hot pants, hot pants, hot pants.  Can't say that to my man cos he gets a bit excited remembering when I wore them over 40 years ago.  :57: :57:

Tets,
Midland red buses were proper buses, serving the people, unlike politicians

My local bus service is Midland Classic, with orange and yellow colouring. Better than red , and it is a very reliable service.
Costs me nothing with my OAP bus pass. Lovely !  :72:

raysun

All mention of red bus now banned by order. Is it ok to mention hotpants ??

Too many people using /playing the benefit system, and not enough paying in. Webe's fat cats escape /avoid/ evade paying taxes while living the high life, while the ordinary folk just about get by. He is of course, right.

Tets,
For goodness sake, lay off the " red bus Boris bamboozled " . Your constant diatribe on the " red bus" shows your lack of understanding on why Brexit got more votes than remain. Yes, a tiny minority may have believed what was written on the " red bus" but that is politics. Not unlike Corbyn promising to abolish student fees before the GE , therefore gaining votes from gullible young people.

raysun

Woo-hoo  love this, its better than the london paladium. Roll up  roll up  whose next.

webejamin

It's all going out on benefits mostly Tets, including the NHS. All thing that are not being financed properly through taxes and NI, simply due to low pay. Low pay being created by too much cheap labour.  :72: Can't think how the cheap labour came about though, maybe they all came in on a big red bus. :57:
There's another 10 billion or so every year being spent on something else, but it seems to have slipped my mind :16:

Lynden,
Agree with you . Not much doom and gloom in my neck of the woods. Pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants are busy. Plenty of work.

We live in the Midlands, which has a strong and steady economy. The East  Midlands has the fastest growing economy outside of. London.  But the spreaders of bad news don't like to broadcast anything positive about any part of the UK,  in particular, many of the Remainers.

No, it is not perfect, but where is ?

what the Brexit bunnys should be asking is....

were,s all our UK Taxes going ie.... council tax ,spirit taxes, fuel taxes, kids education fees ect there tacking the pxss out of yer all....but eventually the penny will drop,no wonder yer all red bus Borris Bamboozled....& EU smoke screend Angry......

Perhaps zilnor and her red hotpants  might go for a spin  in lyndens shiny new red bus now that its had a full service by may and company fixers of all  poorly vehicles now that they have removed  the slightly misleading wording from its sides.   Once round the  promenade should do it.
go on zilnor you know you want to.
you could take tetley for the sing song.
this is a light post before anyone gives me a hard time
little red  flags  are optional. It will look like red square on a holiday.

Just to add to mays problems the DUP and sinn fein can not agree and looks like direct rule will happen soon.
the uk goverment have no interest whatsoever in ireland north or south  except to keep the dup onside as without them they would probably  not be in power  today.
a spokesman for the government  would not rule out having to send british troops to secure the border in the event of a hard brexit.
for those of you who remember the bad old days that  doesent bear thinking about.
will be really interesting to see where this all ends up.

The red bus strikes again......the only truthful thing on a bus is it's destination. Anyone who believed that the £350m per week paid to the EU would go into the NHS is naive or gullible. The only truthful thing to say about that £350m per week is that the UK will decide where it is spent not the EU. Yes I know that half of the money comes back to the UK but it's not necessarily spent where it should be. No control.
Is that the end of the red bus?
Everyone continues to pull bits of data from here and there, blaming perceived negatives on Brexit and anything positive can only be in the EU. Show me any bunch of economists that agree.
Here's the facts.

The UK voted out
The UK will leave the EU

Everything else is speculation and conjecture.

Common sense and the power of business will probably dictate the final deal. The Germans despite not wanting the UK to have a competitive edge (ironic given German power within the EU), want a deal. The Germans usually get what they want so let's wait and see.

I'm living back in the UK at the moment and I can say I've never been better off; don't see any of the doom and gloom seized upon from every socialist mouthpiece.

If you are happy where you are and with what you are doing the enjoy life, it doesn't last long.
Unfortunately for expats the priorities of the UK put you somewhere below charity shops and the price of milk.

Yes of course things would improve as is happening in other eu countries after the crash some years ago.
at the moment prices are rising one percent faster than wages and there will be a lot less jobs in a couple of years.
it was a famous brexiteer lynden who brought the broken down red bus to our attention and you are still waiting for the 350 m a week promised on that bus and you wil. go on waiting. Promises broken to win votes.
i spoke to a man in yorkshire who said he voted out because of the polish  family that live next to him.
says it all i think.
Hope im totally wrong and  and the woman for turning  ( may )  is proved right

turn back now  before the drawbridge goes up.
A reversal would make the british economy shoot back up in no time.
the red shiny bus has  has damaged injectors and a puncture and needs to be scrapped.
Hey raysun, sounds pretty promising, coz there's loadsa people that voted Brexit and didn't get a pay rise for the last ten years.
Or does that mean that things will go back to how good they were before Brexit?

Funny how the only people to have noticed the "big red bus" are the remoaners :57:

Hopefully lynden and the other red army are watching sky news on the statements from the OECD one of   the most poweful  groups  in the world which endorses what i said in an earlier post.
My earlier post was not such utter rubbish as you insisted mate.
higher inflation  already leading to massive pressure on businesses
Thousands of businesses are under pressure
all indexes since the referendum show britain going backwords at pace.
is that what any proud englishman wants ???
doesent make any sense to want to destroy a proud country.
turn back now  before the drawbridge goes up.

Now lynden , log on to www.independent.co.uk and read without the red coloured lenses.
it says economic experts ( oecd ) made an explosive statement that britain should reverse brexit to save the economy.
couldent be much clearer.   Which statement were you looking at ?????
they also say a no deal will knock 40 billion off uk economic growth in 2019.
im sure you and the lads in the local cantina know more than the experts.

Lynden

Read breaking news in the independent.  OECD  have advised britain to reverse brexit to avoid collapse of economy.
i know lynden , they are also deluded.
seems every independent organization in the world think brexit is a disaster except a few muppets in the government trying to justify their mistakes and trying to cling to power.
Que sea sera,
Utter rubbish, what they actually said was that the economy would grow faster if Brexit was reversed. The reason being that uncertainty is a real issue.

Spot on Webe. How many million seats do UK passengers account for flying into the EU? Ryanair as a business would suffer immense damage, not to mention the other carriers......keeping on topic.
Raysun you are deluded. If the EU and UK dont have a deal then it won't just be the UK that is in the shxt.

webejamin

Fing is, they're already flying everywhere they can in Europe and elsewhere, so not flying in and out of the UK will do what? Or is it that they'll find somewhere else to fly to and from? Or, they'll find millions of other people from somewhere else to fill their planes?
It's just possible that they might stop millions of Brits travelling to Europe for their holidays? that'll be a smart one :72: wish I was as clever as that :16:

raysun

Sorry lynden what tosh.  Of course airlines banks etc will be severely damaged but they have 27 other countries to deal with and will survive very nicely.  They will just base in europe and job done .Most of the other 27 except ireland probably  dont give a monkeys about the uk. And if they dont sit down and deal with the irish border situation  and the severance package they are going down a cul de sac.
time to remember that with the best will in the world  its no longer great britain  much as we may like to think it is.
It could be if they has a sensible competent negotiang team or better still a total rethink.
brexiteers on here  would cut off their nose  just to be proved right  but its time to see sense.
