Because if you are in the process of getting an AFO it needs to be properly documented and signed off by an architect with certification of the installation.

Why can't this tank be installed, if one has the equipment without bringing in a builder ?

If you live within 100m of a rambla you will need permission from the waterways people and sometimes different tank spec. Don't get one installed before applying for the AFO.

I have had a few clients applying for the AFO certificates who have used Angel Oller in Albox - prices range form €1400 to €1800 (size dependant) and they provide the installation certificate which will be required by the Town Hall.

Looking to apply for our AFO in Albox around November and we will have to change the pozo to the new type two way system. It will have to be a 4 to 6 person one. We can't do it earlier as we have visitors until then and it will cause some disruption.
Any of you out there had this done and if so what were the costs and recommendations for companies to do this.
