No playlist

Never mind , we have the system? on again ? Got all sorts now !! nothing really works for long !

We have an iptv system, via a smart tv,it was last used Friday. We switched on today and a message appeared-- your tv mac is activated--there is no playlist uploaded for your tv . We followed the instructions at siptv.eu/my list but just states upload failed . any help please as the provider is either on holiday or very busy !!
