German Shepherd Spotted in Rambla de Oria Is he missing?

Large German Shepherd Spotted on the Rambla de Oria to Oria road.

He's Male dark Black and Tan, grey Muzzle, Chrome chain round his neck, looked well nourished, we tried to call him over but he was having none of it.
