Thank you for your reply. We are looking for a property with a purchase price of 120,000 or below with our maximum rental  payments of 500 euros a month.we would need minimum 3 bedrooms as we have a daughter and son.A pool would be a luxury but is not necessary.We can offer a few months rent in advance.Our solicitor can create a contract for rent with the option to buy later.The property would need to be legal for us to apply for a mortgage to pay the purchase price off.Hope this information helps.Thank you for your time.kind regards kimbolio86

Me and my husband are looking for a rental property with the option to buy later.We are currently living in arboleas and prefer this area as our eldest has completed her 1st year of school in the village.We feel it would be best if she stays in the same school and really like the area.Sadly we are not in a position to buy yet but will be able to in a year or two's time.We feel rental is the option for us but would like the option to buy it later as our family home.
