This is a recipe the grandkids love, it sounds complicated but its really easy. It's like a Chinese KFC.

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts cut into 2 inchish cubes
6 oz (170 grams) of corn flour
2 eggs
2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 Teaspoon Chinese Five Spice
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon of White Pepper
Handful of Corn Flakes crushed to a crumb like texture.


Method

Mix the corn flour, crushed corn flakes and all the seasoning ingredients together in a plastic sandwich bag.

Break the 2 eggs into a bowl, and whisk till the yoke is broken and mixed.
Coat the chicken cubes in the egg mix then put the coated chicken into the flour and seasoning bag, shake the bag to coat the chicken.
Remove the Chicken from the bag, and repeat the process again dipping the chicken in the egg mix again, and re coat with the flour and seasoning mix.

Remove the chicken from the bag and then deep fry in hot oil (180 C or 350F) until golden brown about (5 mins)

Remove from the oil, Place on Kitchen paper towel to remove excess fat and serve with, coleslaw, and French fries/Chips.

Itís not the most healthy meal in the world, not one to have everyday, but itís delicious, and the kids love it!!!
