WANTED, villa or house to rent long term from Jan 2018,

Hi, my wife and I are looking to move back to the arboleas area or within 10km radius in January 2018, we are looking for a long term rental ( years not months) we would like 3 beds and a pool if poss, gated and secure, we will be in Spain for 8 days from sept11th 2017 to view any possibilities, happy to pay a deposit for right property and pay a fair rent to be agreed either into English bank or Spanish or cash, would also be prepared to pay 3-6 months in advance if necc. Anything considered, modern villa or older house but not too remote, Furnished or part furnished or even unfurnished would also be considered, I know its 6 months away but I have things to tie up in UK before the move back, ( could be before jan 18 for right property) If you think you can help please message me or email    pixley788@btinternet.com
