How strange that the only report on the success in Arboleas in (correction)Costa Almeria News was a small paragraph.  Shame good news is never as reported as bad.  Nothing reported at all in All Times or EWN.!!why not don't they like a good news story.

This explains the process which the Town Hall will now be following.
It also gives a detailed breakdown of the potential costs for house owners and also the possible problems which have to be resolved.

Some people have asked for meetings.
Except for a few Promar clients who are not in the escrow agreement, this is premature.

We will be working as quickly as possible but there is a lot of work now to do.
