Hi just some roaming information for hits mobile clients

In compliance with European regulations, as of June 15, 2017 will change the roaming charges in Zone 1, so that our customers will enjoy the new benefits of Roaming tariffs.

Here's what these benefits are and how the new conditions will work.

Which destinations are Zone 1?
The countries included in this change are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, France & Reunion & French Guiana & Guadeloupe, Gibraltar, Greece, Holland, Hungary, , Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Vatican City.

2. From what date will the customer benefit from the new rates?

From June 15, 2017

3. What is the main benefit of this change?

The consumption of DATA, VOICE and SMS made in Zone 1 will be treated in the price plans as if it were national traffic, much cheaper for the end user. For example, a customer who currently consumes data in Roaming Zone 1 costs 8 cent / MB, now will pay the same as if he was in Spain, that is, 3 cent / MB.

In addition, for customers that contract any of our Flat Rate or Prepaid Bonus, that voice and data traffic in Roaming will be computed within the bonds, as if it were the national and international traffic that they already have currently included.

4. How much does the customer pay when they exceed their bonus on Roaming Z1?

The situation is the same as if it were in Spain: when the customer exhausts his voucher he starts to pay the consumption according to his price plan, without special charges for being in Roaming.

5. Do these changes only affect new customers who contract as of June 15 or move to all current Hits Mobile customers?

These new conditions apply to all Hits Mobile customers. From the 15th of June everyone will enjoy these benefits.

6. Is there any limit on the use of the services in Roaming Z1 by the customers?

Yes. The regulatory change is aimed at a temporary use of the mobile abroad. Therefore, the new regulation gives Hits Mobile the possibility of applying limits to this consumption if there are traces of permanent consumption abroad of domestic tariffs, even allowing the cut of line in some cases.
