if you have a ring round you should get some info here,also have a word with Amanda  as she might be able to sort it for you or know somebody whom can.


also bear in mind that if there was any cash payment element on your origonal purchace (ie under declaration by the seller ) this will not factor in.

Can anyone tell me the process for getting a refund for wrongly paid plusvalia? This applies if you sold a house since 2013 for less than you bought it for. Thank-you
