Beautiful Persion/Siamese Cat looking for loving home, was abandoned

I have the most beautiful, affectionate half Persion/Siamese cat that is desperately needing a home. The cat turned up on my doorstep months ago, on deaths door. I have fed it and it is now happy again but I cannot keep it because I am moving. It has obviously once been very much loved because it loves cuddles, being picked up and is gentle and kind and would be an amazing companion for someone. It is not afraid of dogs at all. How someone could just leave such a beautiful cat is beyond me. I must find it a nice home, it deserves that after what it has been through. I don't know how old it is, it seems fairly mature but is so loving and deserves to have some back. If anyone can help please let me know.
