The facility is called 'audio description', and maybe identified simply as 'AD' on the remote controls or in settings, for either the TV or the android box.

I hope you find it and can disable it.

I have not experienced it yet but many have reported it. I cannot see any settings so I guess it must be the source. When it happens try mobdro.

Can anyone help. I have somehow managed to turn on this feature on my mxq box! The strange thing is this only happens on itv? Have tried everything I can think of to stop it. Any help would be much appreciated.
