Interesting survey and well worth taking the time and effort to take part in, if you do not air your voice both positive and negative you can not expect a town that is inclusive.  How can a town hall attempt to fix something if no one says it is broken or damaged.  What they do with the survey results will be one to watch, the proof as they say is in the pudding, well in this case what they do to make it more tourist welcoming but they should remember the money spent by locals would be better in the tills of the town shops than shops further a field.
