BBC and ITV on a 1.80 dish

No problem getting the channels on a 1.8 dish but the signal is weaker, tends to happen during the summer.

There is no indication the signals have got weaker.
More than likely your dish has mved slightly out of alignment, or you have an insect nesting inside your LNB (blocking the weaker signals from getting thru)

six weeks ago I was getting all the BBC and ITV channels including HD on my dish but when I came back from holiday I can only receive Sky News and some encoded sky channels. Someone tells me the signal has gone weaker, can anyone else who uses a similar sized dish confirm or deny this please?

I am not interested in any discussion of the various systems btw as I have IPTV as well. Thanks
