Brown dog between arascos and tip

Been feeding it for 3-4 weeks now. Very nervous, can't get close enough to tell if boy or girl - think it's a girl but not certain. Will be making a concerted effort to catch it over next couple of days as saw a lady tonight who says she will keep her if caught. Unfortunately has no road sense at all and could well be killed by a car before being caught. Most cars slow down when they see her but not all, there are some arseholes out there!

Brown dog going towards cars as though someone is feeding it.Can anyone give any info...can you get near it etc..has rescue tried
