Charlie a 6 years old Cavalier King Charles seeks a new home

We are looking for someone who will take good care of our Charlie.
He is a 6 years old Cavalier King Charles, well behaved and good with children and other pets.
We are moving to a smaller place with no outside space, so we can't take him  :-(.
He does sleep a lot, doesn't bark (only when he gets excited when he can go for a walk).
He has had all his vaccins in January. He is chipped and has his passport.
He doesn't hear that good, due to a parasite in his ears a couple of years ago. And from time to time he suffers from his hernia in his neck, but only when you pick him up.
Who can give him a warm and welcome place to stay?
