Has to be above & clear of lights so they are visible from both sides-can't stick out past wing mirrors. If they can't be above lights then a lighting board with number plates has to be fitted. & legally it will need a V20 marker board if no lighting board fitted.Goggle N332 for more info.

Would like to know the Spanish laws and reg's for carrying cycles on rear end of a car (3 cycles on a Hatchback)......
