Utility companies - discounts for pensioners?

with endesa if you have under 3kw contracted you automatically have the bono social you can apply for it if you are pensioners on low income and if you have a large numerous family


Its called Bono social and your pension has to be under the Spanish national pension in order to claim it which last time I heard was around 550 euros but it may have gone up a little bit since then

You then have to prove to the electric and telephone company once they are satisfied then you go on to the Bono social.

You have to have low wattage in your house.  Most houses have too much.
