Devonshie Rex cat (fitting)

I have taken in a little cat in Sept, abandoned and starving for 5 weeks in a block of flats. We had him
castrated, he was in a bad state. But regularly fits. The first time the Vet checked him he said it was due to an infection. Can you advise me on what to do?
