Long term rental wanted

We are retiring in January and coming over 21/1/17to try and find a very long rental, our ferry is booked for 22/3/17for our final journey with our Westie. We are looking for min 2 bedroomed detached Villa, with fenced plot and pool. Must be private ideally without neighbours, modern kitchen , air con / heating. Fitted wardrobes. Nice garden any areas considered but ideally would like
Bedar. Turre, Alfaix, Los Gallordos, Vera, Vera playa, Mojácar.

Would love a fly screened pool but know hard to find any property never mind one that ticks all the boxes so have open minds .
